How is Wagster different from other pet services?
We’re more than just sitters—we’re a community. When you sign up with Wagster Pet Care, you’re not just booking a service; you’re unlocking a trusted team of pet lovers who treat your furry family like their own. It’s personalized care with the perks of a club.

How do I know my sitter is trustworthy?
All our sitters go through a multi-step screening process, including background checks, interviews, and pet care training. Only the most caring, reliable, and pet-passionate humans make it into our team. They are also licensed, bonded and insured. You and your pet’s safety is our top priority.

Can I meet my sitter before the first visit?
Absolutely! We encourage meet-and-greets so you and your pet can get to know your sitter ahead of time. It’s part of the Wagster experience—comfort, trust, and connection before care even begins.

What are your prices?
Walks and pet visits start at $30 for 30 mins. Regular walks and visits are $40 for 45 mins, or $50 for 60 mins. For other services such as multi-hour visits and medication administration please contact us.

Do you just look after dogs and cats?
Heavens no! We have cared for fish, bunny rabbits, chickens, and a turtle. What kind of pet do you have?

What if my plans change last minute?
Life happens—we get it! Just give us as much notice as possible, and we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust your booking. Flexibility is part of the Wagster spirit.
